Kallal Estates n is an independent development and investment company that has been recently formed but have a previous
track record of having successfully created a range of refurbished mixed and residential use schemes for more than 15
years. A number of these have been kept as investments and now this experience and skills are being brought by the existing
team to Kallal Estates.

We aim to create well-located, high quality sustainable buildings with enduring occupier appeal. Kallal Estates has a long history of owning, managing, developing and financing residential property assets. We focus on resideential properties mainly within London and may look at other key areas in the SouthEast. We are looking to selectively increase our exposure to the residential sector within inner, central and South London |
